If You're Busy, You're Lost.
If everything is urgent, nothing is important.
Society and culture designs the glorification of "busy being busy"...
The necessity of urgency for meaningless tasks, resulting in you living a lifer purely reactive to every stimulus around you...
Ping, ding, gotta reply, gotta watch this, did you see this?! ...on and on it goes...
To which by the end of life people have lived their entire existence on autopilot...
Emotionally numb and wonder where the time disappeared?
...Did i really live?
...Did i really love?
...Did i really grow?
This is because your attention is your *focused life force energy*...
This is your most powerful ability, your gift from the Creator...
The free will to create with your own authentic essence...
With your imagination, your creative spark, into physicality, in so many different forms...
This is why i teach people how to ignite their purpose, work on mastering their skill-set in their strengths, shift their identity into their true selves, and create a lifestyle in alignment with truth,
Not against it...
When everything you do is in order of priority in accordance to your purpose, your higher calling, the deeper meaning to existence...
All of this becomes your inner fire that drives you no matter how it "feels" on any given day...
Because meaning is always infinitely more powerful than "chasing happiness or success"...
A domino effect of that becomes your core values are defined around your purpose...
You have clear boundaries around your core values and thus you actually live a life where you stand for something of importance...
You are not scattered all over the place being swayed by distractions of apps, gossip, entertainment, petty arguments and draining tasks...
Consider doing just this one thing for starters to improve your attention span, focus and quality of experience 1000%... and you can thank me later: Turn off ALL notifications to all apps on your phone.
