What Is The Purpose Of Judgement?
...What is the purpose of judgement?
...Is there any or is it just a bad trait?
This is a question that keeps coming up and I truly understand why; because we have had so much distortion and confusion built around it...
Note that as with everything I teach, this lesson is from the perspective of core foundations of life, cosmic laws, values, principles and self actualization...
Therefore, none of what I am conveying is about trivial, immature situations such as judging someone for what they wear, whether you like their hair or the sound of their voice...
This is a philosophical teaching of practical application in the deeper, existential topics of our lives that actually make a difference in how we co-create reality.
So, what is the purpose of judgement?
We are taught in many ideologies that all forms of judgement are bad, wrong and reflect only you directly...
That is has nothing to do with the other person nor the environment you are perceiving...
This as you can imagine, causes a lot of internal shame, guilt and confusion about our human capacity for judgement, especially in the fundamental need to understand right from wrong.
The reason it causes confusion, shame and guilt is because it is an incorrect ideology that is incongruent to the truth of our essence...
The result being lack of boundaries, being taken advantage of, losing freedom, compromising your values for the comfort of others and so on...
As with all our emotions and states of consciousness, we have the capacity for judgement for a reason...
I would describe the effective use of judgement in a 3-step process as follows;
1. Judgement ~ Your ability to make a decision based on emotion + thought + environment.
This is a cognitive ability that is critical in thinking for yourself.
2. Discernment ~ Your ability to understand & comprehend the situation at hand from the various parts, allowing for more precise, wise and objective judgement.
3. Application ~ Your actions or inactions as a result of the above 2 steps.
As you can see from my explanation above, we are taught the first step, judgement, is bad and should be non existent...
However using your skill of sound judgement (thinking for yourself) is not you acting on it yet...
that is step 3, which can either be reactive and ego driven, or conscious and wise-mind driven (as I teach in self mastery)...
To not use judgement is actually very dangerous, it eliminates your ability to discern right from wrong, and that my friends, is exactly what the Slave-master negative oriented beings of this world want...
That you see the world as grey, and give all your inner power away...
Remember your power is in your free will to choose how you respond
This is a deep topic, for those who feel called to take the steps to ignite their purpose and embark on self mastery, then this course is for you.
For now, this teaching serves to address the obfuscation around a very important capacity we have as inspirited human beings, here to learn spiritual morality and living in alignment with the universe.
Embrace and train the skill of a sharp mind and good conscience, it certainly won't let you down.
Til next time,
