Your emotions exist for a reason... ♥️
They are linked to your life force energy and thus to your moral compass...
They anchor you in the reality of your existence...
They are your partner in understanding what you are experiencing and how to respond...
Numbing your emotions is not a virtue...
You are taught to ignore, suppress, disassociate from how you feel in order to be "polite" or "politically correct"...
Yet, neither being nice nor politically correct makes you an inherently good human being...
That is what your moral compass is for....
Knowing what is right and wrong and having a healthy emotional response to it...
Not under a trance of fear and apathy designed to make you conform so you can "fit in"...
Whilst you gasp for the ability to feel anything anymore...
There is a reason why so many souls struggle with mental, emotional and physical health...
How could they not in a world that is sick and sad?
It is a normal, healthy response to feel heavy, dense emotions in a sick and inverted world...
To supress them or block them with "socially acceptable" distractions and addictions is not going to make them magically disappear...
What must be done to bring health back into the world, holistically in mind, body and spirit, is that you embrace your emotions for the reason they exist...
To work with them, not against them...
To fuel your life force energy that activates you to be passionate, to experience deeply, to live wisely...
To anchor you in objective reality whilst the world sells you the new distractions of virtual ones...
Don't deny your emotions, they are your friend...
Helping you align and live fully, your true essence as a soul being human.
For when we become void of all emotion, what kind of humanity would remain?
Ignite your care, have courage to go forth and channel your emotional will to be the positive change in the world...
After all, that is the essence of creativity...
The Creator expressing itself, in you.
